Proposals for easier travelling

I WISH to highlight to the relevant authorities some issues that have cropped up recently as a result of the Periodic Commuting Arrangement (PCA) scheme for travellers between Singapore and Malaysia.

Those who used the PCA system to travel by road, i.e. exited Singapore through the Johor Baru Customs, Immigration and Quarantine Complex and travelled to Kuala Lumpur, were supposed to return by road.
