THE signing of the Rapid Transit System (RTS) Link agreement between Malaysia and Singapore marks a new milestone in bilateral relations between both countries.
With the current crossings on the Causeway and at the Second Link being a dreadful experience during peak hours, the RTS, with a single point immigration clearance, would be a welcome change.
