SUCCESS is not an option nor should it be relegated to chance or possibility. This is why I cannot understand why there is so much talk about the failure of the previous teaching and learning of Maths and Science in English (PPSMI) policy.
How do we measure its success or failure? Wouldn’t the outcome be the best measure of success?
