I WOULD like to share my thoughts on how we Malaysians can shorten the learning curve and fast-track our education system by adopting the mentor-mentee programme in schools that are lagging behind.
In the school where I am teaching, we have introduced this programme as a pilot project to motivate, inspire and build the confidence of the students. The sole aim is to not leave anyone behind.
