Keep calm and be responsible

I REFER to the letter “Why no online renewal?” (The Star, Jan 27). The writer gives me the impression that he lacks both patience and responsibility. Worse still, by declaring that he has been driving on public roads without a valid driving licence, he has been flouting the law.

He gripes about the absence of online payment and the purported problem of having to go to the nearest post office to renew his driving licence. Here, too, he complains of his failure to renew his driving licence saying that the system was down.
