I REFER to the report “Foreign students being victimised” (The Star, July 4). I personally think this report is exaggerating the action taken by the Immigration Department and police.
It is surprising and even shocking that so many universities and colleges have been allowed to spring up in the country over the last two decades with all kinds of fancy names.
