Travel pass system faces teething problems

WE refer to the letter “Monthly pass ran out in three days” (The Star, Feb 5). First and foremost, we would like to record our deepest apologies to the writer for the inconvenience caused.

We would like to emphasise that the integrity of the system is intact. The issue is not widespread as we receive less than 10 complaints every day against a total of over 80,000 subscribers for the My100 and My50 unlimited travel pass at the moment. This is very small compared to the massive transaction that we manage daily.
