Shoddy workmanship


I HAVE lived in Mutiara Damansara, Selangor, for more than 10 years. During these 10-odd years road repairs have mostly been mere patch jobs. I have yet to see entire roads being paved fully.

At the Jalan PJU 7/1 and Jalan PJU 7/7 traffic lights junction, a motorist must have damaged the lights sometime early this year; the local council dug a huge trench at the junction and then paved it over. A week later that section collapsed and it was repaired and repatched three times. Now the collapsed section is getting worse....
