Longstanding problem with Pos Malaysia

IT was heartening to read The Star newspaper’s report on July 12 on how Communications and Multimedia Minister Gobind Singh Deo would be looking seriously into complaints by Pos Malaysia customers that they had not received letters or parcels; he said he would be taking up the matter with Pos Malaysia management.

Sadly, the situation has not changed since the publication of the report.
