THE Prime Minister’s statement in Parliament introducing the mid-term review of the 11th Malaysia Plan 2018-2020 highlighted the six thrusts that will form the guiding principles in the planning and implementation of the country’s development programme.
He said that the highest priority is on ensuring good governance. This will be achieved by implementing various institutional reforms, some of which have started already.
