Effective action needed for heavy school bag issue

I FULLY agree with the recent decision by the Education Ministry to issue guidelines on lightening pupils’ school bags. From my days as a primary school student until now, a college student, this issue has yet to be solved.

We are now one year and a few months away from 2020, yet many problems with our education system are still prevalent, with little indication of them changing for the better.
