Quest for faster Internet speed stalled

I HAVE been a Telekom Malaysia Internet subscriber since the days of Streamyx. I have been paying RM199 per month for 20GB for many years.

Excited about the prospect of paying less, as repeatedly announced by the Communications and Multimedia Minister, I visited a TM office to ask when I would start to enjoy the new reduced rates.
