I AGREE with David C. E. Tneh’s views in the letter “Let trained dogs guide the blind freely” (The Star, Oct 3).
A guide dog plays a role similar to a guide stick. But as a living being, a guide dog is more beneficial than any inanimate guide stick for the visually impaired.
