Private venture funding for entrepreneurs

LATELY, there has been a flurry of chatter on the roles and contributions of entrepreneurs. But have we stopped to consider if they are entrepreneurs or businessmen? More importantly, is there a distinct and meaningful difference to warrant a discussion?

An entrepreneur is defined as someone “who starts a business and is willing to risk to make a profit”. This could be the typical textbook definition that usually equates the entrepreneur with a businessman.
