THE ongoing balloting for candidates for the Malaysian Medical Council fully depends on an efficient postal service to deliver the ballot papers to a post box at Pos Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur.
The ballot will be closed on Friday and counting will begin on the morning of Jan 27.
