REFERRING to the letters “Is there anything wrong with medical tourism?” (The Star, Dec 2) and “Issues in medical tourism must be tackled” (Dec 5), I would like to thank A Physician and Medical Observer for sharing their concerns over medical tourism in our country.
However, their letters both painted a rather myopic perspective on medical tourism and failed to look at all issues in the sector.
