Auto billing and auto debit are two different matters

WHEN a service provider offers you auto billing service, doesn’t that mean you want to receive your bill automatically as opposed to auto debit where your payment card is automatically charged for the amount due every month?

I agreed to auto billing with a communications firm when I paid with my debit card through their portal last month.
