Hotspot list must shrink over time

I REFER to “Spotlight on ‘hotspot’ schools” (The Star, Aug 18).

The Education Ministry should be given the thumbs-up for coming up with a list of 402 “hotspot” schools nationwide deemed at risk with indiscipline and drug problems.
