Cut down on collecting

COLLECTION of donations by pupils in vernacular schools appears to be rampant now. In fact, I was shocked to hear that pupils were collecting donations because they wanted to secure a place for their siblings in the school in future.

I’ve also heard that teachers are threatening parents on the consequences of not “donating”! It’s like they’re instilling in the minds of these children that bribery is the way to get things done.
