Animals also have feelings

I AM writing with regard to “Minimum fine for abusing animals is now RM20,000” (The Star, July 19).

I fully support the Government’s move to enforce the Animal Welfare Act 2015. It’s to curb animal abuse and let the abusers face the consequences.
