Test whether single session school is better

MANY families in the urban areas are double-income, so both parents will be away until around 6pm on weekdays. When schooling is either in the morning or afternoon, children will be alone at home in the mornings or will come back to an empty home in the afternoons.

As such, some of them may mix with the wrong people and may be waylaid into unhealthy activities.
