Pemandu is doing just fine


I HAVE been following the discussion about Pemandu in a local news portal and I must say I was quite amused by the response from a few critics on the performance of the National Transformation Programme (NTP).

Osman and others asserted that the NTP and Pemandu have failed and gave them an “F” score. Curious, I started reading the Government Transformation Programme (GTP) and Economic Transformation Programme (ETP) annual reports. There are about 1,400 KPIs mentioned in the annual reports. Osman and others have only selectively picked a few and failed to look at the whole picture. Putting together all the KPI achievements in the annual reports, the aggregate scores are as follows:
