THE problem of under-age motor vehicle users crops up every time the enforcement authorities conduct road safety operations or a tragic accident involving young lives occurs.

It is common knowledge that children who are not old enough to qualify for driving licences are riding motorcycles or driving cars (pic). This is reckless usage of motor vehicles which could endanger their lives as well as those of other road users and should not be condoned.
