Let seniors use passbook

I AM approaching 70 years. When my bank passbook became full, I was issued the last of the available passbooks with the message that I would have to switch to online banking when it was used up.

Senior citizens are used to a certain pattern and it is very difficult for them to adapt to something new. I appeal to the banking institutions to spare senior citizens, and those who want to continue to use passbooks, from online banking. Please give depositors a choice.
