I DO not understand what is in the mind of the state governments, National Water Services Commission (SPAN), Energy, Green Technology and Water Ministry (KeTTHa) and all other water supply authorities.
Singapore is now going for its fifth desalination plant without any problem and is also looking to 2050 and beyond. I was made to understand that more than 79% of the water would be for industrial use.
