MALAYSIA Airports wishes to thank the airport user who provided feedback through the letter “Unexpected bustle at KLIA” (The Star, July 26).
With regards to the long queue and slow processing time during immigration inspection and clearance, Malaysia Airports has escalated the matter to the relevant authorities and is working very closely with the Immigration Department to resolve the said issues.
