Some cabbies never learn

I WOULD like to share my recent experience with the KL taxi service. Together with two friends, I took a GrabCar cab from Lorong P. Ramlee to Pavilion KL for RM7.

When we wanted to return to Lorong P. Ramlee from Pavilion, the first taxi driver there whom we approached wanted a flat rate of RM30 and refused to use the meter. We then asked a second taxi driver who also quoted RM30 and refused to use the meter too.
