Lessons from Leicester City’s EPL triumph


LEICESTER City Football Club winning the English Premier League (EPL) title, the first in its 132 year history, is so absolutely incredible – they started the season as 5,000 to one outsiders – there are a number of lessons we can take away from it.

First, it is a lesson in leadership. Leicester’s Italian coach, Claudio Ranieri, unlike a lot of top coaches known for their flamboyance and massive ego, is unassuming but passionate to “serve the team” and bring out the best in them.
