LAST year, a week before, during and after Thaipusam, the traffic jam was tolerable because there were enough traffic cops and Rela personnel to control vehicles plying the route to Batu Caves.
Hopefully, it will be the same or even better for this year’s Thaipusam especially as it is on a Sunday.
