AMENDMENTS to the Child Act 2001, including the setting up of a registry of perpetrators who committed crimes against children, are steps in the right direction.
The amendments, which are long overdue, will help to ensure better child protection and proper parental care as well as deter guardians and other adults from committing cruel and heinous acts against innocent children.
