Authorities should act against hooligans

I HAVE been following the news reports in the press, on TV and the electronic media on the incident at Kota Raya Shopping Complex and am baffled as to why this incident is being referred to as a brawl.

In my view, a brawl is a fight between two parties. In this case, this was clearly a pre-planned incident of assault, rioting, causing bodily harm and theft.
