ON Nov 20 my wife and I took a flight from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur on Malaysia Airlines (MAS) flight MH0628. On arrival at KLIA we, and the other passengers, followed the signs to “Baggage Reclaim” in the normal manner.
But we found ourselves at the Domestic Baggage carousels!
