OVER the years, Keretapi Tanah Melayu (KTM) allowed passengers to book tickets one month in advance to avoid last-minute demand particularly during the festive seasons.
Of late, with the new directive imposed by the higher authorities in Kuala Lumpur, passengers are not allowed to book in advance anymore and they have to abide by the new ruling.
