I REFER to the letter “Excellent service at NRD” (The Star, Oct 5) and I must admit that the National Registration Department (NRD) is certainly providing world-class service.
On Oct 5, I went to the Penang NRD office at Anson Road at about 11am and told the officers that I wanted to change my identity card. They asked if my card had a faulty chip or if there was any change of address.
