I WAS at the Road Transport Department (JPJ) branch in Bandar Sri Permaisuri to renew my Public Service Vehicle (PSV) licence recently. I picked up a queue number and was served within 15 minutes.
At the counter, I handed over my driving and PSV licences, medical certificate and receipt together with the vocational licence application form signed by my doctor.
