English can be fun learning

IN the past few decades many of our students have left schools, colleges and universities without mastering the English language. They are now in different work places and many have confessed that their lack of proficiency in English has somewhat hindered or limited their career opportunities and advancements.

Unlike teachers who are often called by the Education Ministry to attend various in-service courses to improve their English proficiency, these people are left to fend for themselves.
