New routing will ensure better services


WE refer to the letter “Fed up and angry with terrible bus service” (The Star, May 15) between Bandar Sungai Long and the UTAR Terminal, via Bandar Mahkota Cheras.

The service referred to was Bus Route U41, which is supported by a fleet of 20 buses, including six buses for the Bus Express Transit, BET2. The services also include providing shuttle services on weekdays, specifically for passengers within Bandar Mahkota Cheras (BMC).
