Wake up KTM, stations need better management

I REFER to “Free rides on KL-S’ban Komuter must stop” (The Star, May 26). I agree with the writer that KTM is inefficient in managing its stations. I often travel from Kepong Sentral to KL Sentral and back by KTM.

At all the stations, commuters can enter or exit the gates freely with or without any valid ticket. The turnstiles are not functioning as they are supposed to (a sheer waste of facilities).
