I AM writing to lend support to the cries of frustration from the public over the Rapid bus service in various parts of the Klang Valley, and with special reference to “Fed up and angry with terrible bus service” (The Star, May 15).
I experienced the same thing recently at the OUG bus stop just next to the Taman OUG wet market.
