Proper separation must have strict enforcement

I REFER to the ongoing battle for dispensing rights and would like to give my views.

I am a retired general practitioner (GP) with 35 years in practice. As I am no longer affected by the proposed separation of dispensing, I feel I am able to give an objective opinion.
