I REFER to the report “HGS akin to guaranteeing developers’ profits” (The Star, Feb 28) that raises many concerns and questions regarding the proposed establishment of yet another government agency, the Housing Guarantee Corporation (HGS).
An online report with a self-explanatory title “Home ownership still a dream for Malaysians as prices remain beyond reach” says a lot.
