Terrible driving conditions

I AM a college student who drives to college daily and I have a bone to pick with the state authorities and the Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ).

For almost one month, a stretch of Jalan 222, in front of the Shell Petrol Station after the traffic light junction, has been in a deplorable state.
