Moderates must stand up and be counted

I REFER to “Need for a consultative process” (The Star, Dec 8) and “Time to embrace new way forward” (Sunday Star, Dec 14) and must say it is great relief to read the positive and moderate stand by the 25 prominent Malays and other moderate-thinking Malaysians, especially youths.

I believe there are thousands if not millions of moderate Malaysians in this country who will always champion and cherish the cause of moderation for a harmonious and progressive country to live in.
