Socso can do more for contributors


THE move to form the National Social Security Council is a timely call which will review, revise and overhaul the social security schemes which were designed to support the 76% of the lower income group of Malaysia that earns below RM3,000 a year.

The social security’s original objective was to serve employees who were the primary force of agricultural and early industrial era where human resource and healthcare management were all at the adolescence stage.
