No disconnect in supply


I REFER to the letter by Datuk Mohandass S. Nair from Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) titled “It’s normal procedure” (The Star, Sept 27).

According to him, TNB will remove the “cut-out” fuse to disconnect electricity supply if payment is still not received within seven working days after the issuance of notice of disconnection notice.
