IT’S heart-wrenching to read about a helpless puppy which was abused and killed by a teenager, “The other side of the bully boy” (The Star, Sept 11).
This is unacceptable, especially the excuse that his behaviour was due to the “lack of love” from his parents. The issue here is neither the boy’s parents, nor his background. It is the boy’s own disturbed mindset.
