Evidence will surely emerge

WITH regards to the MH17 disaster, some claim that “the crash site is compromised, key evidence may have disappeared altogether and political complexities could block an international court from hearing the case. If Russian nationals were involved in the disaster, they could prove untouchable: The Russian Constitution forbids extradition of its citizens”. I don’t concur with such pessimism.

We should never allow the perpetrators to go scot-free of this heinous crime. It is no defence to say that it was a case of “mistaken identity” for the “intention to kill” was in their minds even if they got the wrong target.
