Make it simple to understand

POLICIES are by design not so rakyat-friendly. The public seldom has a full understanding of the policy, especially in terms of how they can relate to the policy and how it will affect them in the short and long-term.

In many cases, it will take years before the rakyat is able to fully comprehend and internalise the policy as well as understand its ramifications.
