Incentives not that attractive

I REFER to Wan Saiful Wan Jan’s “Creating a pasture that is equally green” (The Star, July 8) where he mentioned about the attractive incentives given to Malaysian expatriates through the Returning Expert Programme (REP). In his case, he would have returned home anyway regardless of the REP incentives.

But for those who are still deliberating, the incentives are not attractive enough in enticing them to come back.
