I WELCOME the Health Ministry’s decision to extend its smoking ban to all covered places at rest-and-relaxation (R&R) areas to be made smoke-free zones before the end of the year.
It is also an appropriate move for the ministry to gazette 23km of covered pathways under Kuala Lumpur City Hall as smoke-free zones.
